Seria bom dizer que o mundo estava à espera do segundo álbum dos finlandeses Husky Rescue (belo nome, não é?), mas infelizmente o entusiasmo com que a crítica acolheu o disco de estreia em 2004 não se traduziu nem em vendas ou airplay. E é para evitar que o mesmo aconteça com o novo GHOST IS NOT REAL, que deixo aqui «Nightless Night», o novo vídeo da banda. O disco já foi descrito pela imprensa britânica como uma espécie de versão country da música dos Air (atenção, que vem aí um novo disco que vai dividir os fãs) e dos Stereolab, sobretudo pela forma como a banda conjuga sons electrónicos com instrumentos mais tradicionais. O vídeo (que é «indie» até dizer chega) cola-se à letra do tema e procura retratar a celebração do «Sol da Meia-Noite», nome que é dado ao período da zona Árctica em que a luz do Sol dura 24 horas. O que não deve dar jeito nenhum para ferrar o galho, não é?

Sou grande fã dos Husky Rescue, mas esta canção não lhe faz justiça. Rais parta os palermas que escolhem os singles. O video tá engraçado, though.
